Covergirl was looking for a new commercial to promote a new line nail polish geared to younger woman.

Bolder / More Vibrant / Saturated Colors was the directive.

The design phase was pretty quick and I created roughly all of the scenes comp frames and storyboard sequences for approval while the client sat with me.

I animated a batch of various backgrounds using the circle pattern in different hues + colors.

The girls were shot on green screen in fun '60's attire and we composited the selects onto my After Effects circle backgrounds. Close ups of the Nail polish bottles were made in 3D

the other grouping of Nail polish bottles that rotate in were 2D cutouts animated in After Effects
